Os Mutantes are a psych-pop band that formed in the 1960's. To be honest I don't know a huge amount about them. By all accounts the band weren't all that popular in their day, especially outside of their homeland of Brazil. But ol' shotgun-face Cobain loved em in the 90's. So there you go.
